How is payment made?

All purchases made direct through the website are done via Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You don’t need to have a Stripe account. Stripe takes regular credit and debit cards for non account holders. It’s a very straightforward process.  I do not store any of your details as everything is managed securely through the Stripe site. You will automatically be generated a receipt for your purchase which will appear in your email.

Delivery

Your painting will be very carefully packaged and delivered to your requested UK address as quickly as possible. Each painting is carefully packaged using protective cardboard & bubble wrap. They are securely taped and clearly labelled.Packages are delivered to you via either Parcel Force, UPS, TNT, private courier or other courier service.

How much does delivery cost.

A packing and delivery charge of £30 is applicable on all orders unless otherwise stated. By selecting ‘Packing and Delivery’ at the checkout, the delivery charge will be applied to your order.

You will receive a notification email as soon as your painting is on its way.

Alternatively, you may wish to collect your painting from the studio in Kelshall Hertfordshire, at no charge, simply just select ‘Store pick up’ on ‘Checkout page’

Is your painting ready to hang.

If you are purchasing a framed picture it will arrive ready to hang with fixed ‘D-Rings’ and attached cord/wire.

Painting Authenticity.

All paintings are named, dated and signed with a signature on the back.

Paintings shown are photographs of original artwork. Although every effort has been made to display the closest representation of the artwork, colours, definition and texture may differ from the image shown. This is due to the nature of photographs and the display of images on a computer screens.

Delivery Problems.

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact me.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, I reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.

Returns Policy.

We understand that you may wish to return a product to us.

You will be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

(a)   I receive the returned product within 21 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

(b)   the returned product is not damaged in any way;

(c)   you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product.

Returns Procedure.

• Notify me that you wish to return a product within 7 days of receiving delivery.

• You will be responsible for paying all postage and packaging costs associated with returns under this policy.

Refunds.

I will give you a refund for the price you paid to me in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

I will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
